A Word About Combined Postage and Packing Costs
Postage and packing costs on the website is accumulative - that is you are shown the charges for each item, and these are added up.
I always combine postage and packing costs if you purchase more than one item. This is done by me, rather than the website p&p, as post can now be categorised as Letter, Large Letter, and Packet. This has rather confused things if they are in different postage bands.
I always aim to post items to you as quick as possible and will only every charge for the cost of the envelope/packaging and the actual cost of postage.
Please do not be daunted by the total p&p cost if you want to purchase more than one item - this will in most cases be reduced, and of course, if you buy something that is sent by Special Delivery several more small jewellery items can usually be popped into the packet for no extra postage cost.
If you pay by paypal, I will always refund excess p&p costs as soon as possible.
If you pay by Google Checkout, then no money is taken from your card until I have worked out your combined postage and packing costs.
If you order by telephone I can tell you immediately how much your p&p will be.
If you are not happy with paying before the actual total cost of p&p is confirmed, then please do email me for an invoice, as I can invoice you directly.
