Help with Shopping, Events, Any other Questions.
Some of your postage is £5 for quite light items, how come? This is because we send our high value items by recorded/insured mail, that said if the postage is wildly inaccurate make a note on comments at checkout and we'll get back to you. Alternatively contact us with your shopping list and we'll calculate postage and let you know. We happily combine postage and packing costs on multiple purchases, so any overpayment on postage and packing will be refunded to you if you pay by paypal, if you wish to pay by postal order or cheque please ask for an updated invoice.
Have you got a shop I can visit? Pyewackett does not have a shop, most of our selling is done at events and via our internet and ebay shop. We travel around a lot of the country so hopefully we will visit a town near you! Check our events page for details
I saw something I liked at an event you attended but I cannot see it on the website. Not everything we stock is on the website at the moment. We may have it but not yet have put it onto the website. If you can describe it to us please do contact us and we can send you a photo of it to make sure it is the item you want and then invoice you for it or order it in for you if we do not have it in stock. Our stock is constantly changing.

We're holding an event can you link to it? We would be happy to as long as it fits in with Pyewackett's ethos, look at the other events if your not sure what we mean by that.
Will you have all your stock at events? We couldn't possibly! If there's something you want to see contact us and we'll bring it along without any obligation to you.
If I order something off the website can I avoid postage if I pick it up at an event? Yes, just make a note in the comments section of checkout and we'll bring our order to the event. We'll let you have our mobile number in case you don't want to go into the event and we'll bring your items out to you. Actually we sometimes have free tickets so it could be well worth your while!
